We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused New/Used Car Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs while providing exceptional service throughout the buying process. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or new to the industry, we provide training and support to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and comparisons. Guide customers through the sales process, from test drives to financing options. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, and market trends. Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person visits. Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure smooth customer transactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. Maintain a clean and organized display area and workspace.
