We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the transformation and implementation program for the Equity Derivatives front-to-back chain. In this role, you will drive the migration study, testing strategy, and target architecture definition for Equity Derivatives products, including Total Return Swaps (TRS) and Structured Derivatives. You will act as the study lead and testing lead, ensuring seamless integration across trade processing, back-office functions, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Transformation and Migration Leadership: Lead the migration study and define the testing strategy, migration strategy, and plan for the Equity Derivatives front-to-back chain. Drive testing governance, including periodic status reporting, defect tracking, and resolution. Act as the study lead/contributor, driving the front-to-back study, target architecture definition, and study governance. Conduct gap analysis and produce business requirements documents. Define and execute the testing strategy, ensuring comprehensive coverage of trade lifecycle, risk, and P&L processes. Work closely with development, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth migration and implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in IT for FS / banking Mandatory experience in CIB (Corporate and Investment Banking) product knowledge, specifically in Equity Derivatives (TRS, Structured Derivatives). Proven experience in front-to-back processes, including booking systems, settlement, accounting, risk, P&L, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in migration projects, gap analysis, and business requirements documentation. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
