M&E Project Coordinator / Draftsperson Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Time: 9am to 6pm Working Location: Balestier Salary: $ 2500 - $ 4000This role involves both project coordination and technical drafting to support our projects from planning to completion. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage M & E works, liaising with clients, contractors and local authorities for submissions and approvals. Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with standards, codes and safety regulations. Prepare, update and review M & E drawings using AutoCAD (Knowledge of Revit MEP / BIM is an advantage). Conduct inspections of M & E installations, such as Fire Sprinkler, Fire Suppression and Fire Alarm systems. Coordinate with engineers, architects and consultants to ensure design accuracy and compliance. Maintain proper drawing records, manage revisions and prepare submission / as-built documentation. Assist in site measurements, verification of works and other ad-hoc project-related tasks. Requirements: Diploma / Higher NITEC / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or a related discipline. Prior experience in Architecture, Mechanical or Civil Engineering is preferred. Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit MEP or other BIM software is advantageous. Knowledge of M & E systems, local codes and authority submission processes (BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA). 1 – 3 years of relevant experience preferred; entry level with strong technical skills may be considered.
