The role ensures that the company’s protocol technology leads industry standards and supports high-performance interconnected chip networks. Responsibilities Protocol Development & Planning: Design and plan network protocols (e.g., Ethernet, UEC, UAlink) aligned with company strategy. Develop forward-looking technical roadmaps for the industry. Standardization & Industry Influence: Participate in international standard organizations. Turn company innovations into industry standards to increase technical influence. Technical Innovation & Problem-Solving: Innovate protocol architecture for optical interconnection and AI. Solve protocol challenges in ultra-large-scale networks for high-performance chips. Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with chip design and validation teams. Ensure R&D aligns with company strategy and industry standards. Build internal knowledge systems on protocol technology. Develop core talent and enhance company influence in the industry. Requirements Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering or related fields are preferred; Master’s Degree in such majors with rich relevant experience can also be considered More than 5 years’ experience in protocol design and standardization, experienced in leading protocol standardization project in optical interconnection field Master full-stack technology in protocols such as Ethernet, UEC, UAlink, able to design and optimize complex protocol architecture Excellent English writing and negotiation skills, able to lead the technical proposals in international standard conference Strategical thinking and lead a team, with sharp perception on technology trend in the industry Job Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Design, Information Technology, and Engineering Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting Please include the following information in your resume.
