Supply Chain Presales & Solution Architect

SAP Supply Chain Solution Architect

As an SAP Supply Chain Solution Architect, you will bridge business needs with SAP technology solutions in the SCM Planning domain, focusing on Inventory Management and Asset Management. You will assess client business requirements, recommend business process improvements anchored on technology solutions, lead software evaluation exercises, and design and architect the right technology solutions. You will be involved in both pre-sales and project delivery.

What will you do?

Prepare, review, and deliver SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP WM) solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentations, and conducting Proof-of-Concepts to showcase technical feasibility. Propose SAP solutions and select technologies, estimating resources required to meet customer requirements. Lead business workshops and assessments. Articulate solution alternatives in terms of cost, benefit, and risk. Highlight the positive impact of NCS solutions in helping customers achieve their business goals. Provide pre-sales consultancy services globally. Engage stakeholders effectively in sales, project decisions, and execution. Build long-term customer relationships by anticipating and exceeding expectations. Identify, build, and manage partnerships with product vendors to strengthen NCS's product capabilities.
