Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision‐making. Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to improve performance. Evaluate financial data related to revenue, costs, and profitability across departments. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. Analyze investment opportunities, budget allocations, and capital expenditure. Support strategic initiatives by providing data‐driven insights and financial recommendations. Work closely with accounting, operations, and executive teams to streamline financial processes. Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data while ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Masters preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level including pivot tables, lookups, and macros). Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial tools such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‐solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Experience 2–5 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst, Budget Analyst, or similar finance role. Experience in multinational or remote teams is highly desirable. Prior exposure to financial reporting and performance analysis will be an advantage. Working Hours Flexible working hours with a standard commitment of 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday . Occasional virtual meetings may be required based on project timelines. Work‐from‐home setup with strong emphasis on productivity and communication. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities In‐depth knowledge of financial principles, corporate finance, and data analytics. Strong quantitative and statistical abilities. Proficiency in using analytical tools and visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
