We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Cook to join our team and help elevate our offerings. Key Responsibilities: Lead Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Menu Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and execute menu items, maintaining consistency and quality. Supervision & Training: Mentor and supervise junior cooks, ensuring they follow recipes, safety standards, and maintain a high level of cleanliness. Quality Control: Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and consistently delivered with the best presentation. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and assist in maintaining the kitchen's inventory. Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to all food safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Creativity: Contribute fresh, new ideas to the menu and kitchen processes. Requirements: Proven experience as a cook, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or lead kitchen role. Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Culinary degree or relevant certifications. High standards of cleanliness and organization. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
