What the role is
Senior / Executive Architect
What you will be working on
You will be involved in projects to promote quality architectural design and a sustainable transport environment. You will develop schematic design proposals and carry out coordination management of enhancement works for existing MRT stations and related infrastructure, from conceptualization to construction. Specifically, you will be involved in the preparation of tender specifications / execute feasibility studies / design & development / documentation / liaise and coordinate with consultants and contractors / site management of the architectural aspects. You will also be responsible for writing funding papers, preparing and delivering presentations. You will also be reviewing developers\' building plan submissions and contractors\' shop drawings.
What we are looking for
Tertiary qualification in Architecture, recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in architectural design and practice
Good knowledge of CAD software (incl. AutoCAD, Sketchup, micro station and Revit) and functional drafting capability
Able to communicate ideas and concepts well via writing and speaking
Able to work in multi-disciplinary team
Interest in design and problem solving
Experience in rail projects will be an advantage
Able to multitask and with good time management; experience will be considered for senior roles
As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and / or undergo further assessment.
