Manage and execute the listing process, including technical integration, compliance review, and marketing coordination. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure each project meets the platform's standards and technical requirements. Analyze and report on market performance and impact of token listings, providing insights for improvement. Keep up-to-date with trends in the blockchain industry to identify and onboard high-potential tokens. What you'll need 3+ years of experience in blockchain, fintech, or exchanges, with experience in Web3-related roles preferred. Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and market trends. Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to efficiently coordinate multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of compliance processes and risk management; experience working with legal/compliance teams is a plus. Sharp market insight and the ability to identify promising blockchain projects. Proficiency in both English and Chinese language.
