The Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Developer to join our client's dynamic technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement automation projects and business solutions using the OutSystems platform. You will also mentor junior team members, champion back-end development initiatives, and ensure our applications meet user requirements while adhering to best practices. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong foundation in programming, system integrations, and user experience optimization. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement applications and systems using OutSystems to meet business requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Apply and troubleshoot software upgrades, ensuring system stability and performance; debug and resolve issues as they arise. Develop new applications and modifications to enhance functionality, while creating and updating comprehensive documentation for all applications. Perform systems analysis and develop programming code to enable seamless system integrations, ensuring interoperability across platforms. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on OutSystems platform development. Hands-on experience with system integrations and back-end development. Proficiency in OutSystems development (certification preferred). Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end templating. Experience with programming, debugging, and troubleshooting software systems. Excellent ownership and communication skills to guide junior team members. Experience optimizing applications for user experience (e.g., page load performance, cross-device compatibility).
