Role Overview: Our client is a well-established electrical contractor in Singapore, specializing in electrical installation, maintenance, and project management for commercial, industrial, and residential developments. They are currently seeking a dedicated and hands-on Site Supervisor (Electrical Project)to oversee on-site electrical works and ensure timely, safe, and quality project execution. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works at project sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Plan, organize, and monitor daily site activities, manpower allocation, and work progress to meet project timelines. Conduct site inspections and ensure all electrical works comply with relevant codes and regulations (SS, CP, BCA, EMA standards). Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical or site-related issues. Ensure proper documentation of site activities, including progress reports, inspection records, and work completion updates. Monitor materials and equipment usage, ensuring proper storage, handling, and timely requisition. Enforce workplace safety and health regulations (WSH), promoting a safe working environment. Attend site coordination and progress meetings when required. Requirements: Min NITEC / Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical installation or construction projects, preferably with an electrical contractor in Singapore . Familiar with electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and power distribution in commercial or industrial projects. Sound knowledge of local regulations and codes (e.g., BCA, EMA, WSH). Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics . Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and guide site workers effectively.
