Job Responsibilities: Deploy and provide professional services : This includes, but is not limited to, the implementation and upgrading of Cybersecurity products that Netpoleon distributes. Occasionally, this will involve managing customers and timelines. Provide workable solutions : Offer solutions (or alternatives) based on customers’ requirements. Conduct product training : Provide training on our products to customers, partners, and internal teams. Perform installations and configurations : Carry out installations and configurations independently using product manuals. Upskill and certification: You will upskill and obtain technical certifications for the products or technologies you handle, as applicable. Subject matter expertise: Over time, become a subject matter expert to assist in transferring domain knowledge and technical skills to our maintenance team to better support our customers. Technical assistance: Support the sales and support teams in technical matters, such as product feature clarification, implementation considerations, tender compliance, and other ad-hoc situations. Job Requirements: Positive and professional working attitude. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Capable of handling stress, meeting tight deadlines, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Nitec/Higher Nitec certificate, Diploma or Degree in IT, IS, Cyber Security, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of work experience in IT, IS, Cybersecurity preferred. Candidates without relevant work experience may be considered for an Associate Engineer position. Strong understanding of technology infrastructures such as Firewalls, VPN, DLP, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, DNS, Email Security, Log Management, SIEM, Virtualization, Containers, AWS, Azure, Google cloud, DevOps/DevSecOps, Privilege
