Retail Leader Opportunity

We are a premium seafood retailer with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Our flagship store in Chinatown offers an exciting work environment and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Assistance: Help customers select the perfect seafood product, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Educate customers about our extensive range of fresh seafood, including preparation tips and cooking methods.
  • Food Handling: Perform basic seafood handling and cleaning tasks in compliance with industry standards.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Accurately manage daily transactions using our point of sale systems.
  • Retail Space Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized retail space, creating attractive displays that showcase our products.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management and restocking tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing activities such as live demos and in-store events, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Seafood Shipments: Receive, inspect, and store seafood shipments according to established protocols.
  • HACCP Compliance: Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Citizenship or Residency: Singapore Citizens or PRs only.
  • Availability: Able to start work immediately or at short notice.
  • Passion for Quality: Passionate about delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring exceptional product quality.
  • Comfort with Live Seafood: Comfortable handling live seafood and maintaining a clean environment.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate: Must possess or be willing to obtain SFA Food Hygiene Certificate Level 1.
  • Team Player: Positive, reliable, and able to work effectively within a team.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, including public holidays.
  • Previous Experience: Prior retail or food handling experience is beneficial but not essential.
