Responsibilities About the Team: Join ByteDance's Cloud Native-Observability Team We build the data infrastructure for the company's full-stack observability products and deliver VolcanoEngine's observability capabilities. Leveraging k8s, Docker, Spring, and time-series engine tech, we provide high-quality, cost-effective, and high-performance time-series services. Deliver and optimize user-oriented operation products & SRE-oriented O&M products for ByteDance and Volcengine's cloud-native time-series database. Develop cloud-native intelligent management platform for observability time-series engine, covering cluster lifecycle (creation, configuration, HA, disaster recovery, backup, audit, etc.). Build and optimize automated testing frameworks (function, performance, stability) to support observability business. Drive quality engineering and stability construction for observability services. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of experience in software engineering for large-scale production environments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proficient in Go/Java (at least one), with experience in microservice frameworks such as gin/kitex/Spring. In-depth understanding of Observability; familiar with at least one tool (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK Stack/Jaeger, etc.). Large-scale data experience preferred. Skilled in server-side multi-threading/high concurrency; good coding practices (clean code, unit testing). Preferred Qualifications: Familiar with MySQL/PostgreSQL; knowledge of relational DB principles or O&M experience is a plus. Practical experience in K8s/Yarn/Mesos (with source code knowledge) or distributed consistency protocols (Raft/Paxos) is a plus.
