Working Times: Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm) Saturday (9am -1pm) Working location: Eunos Salary : SGD 2600 - SGD 4,000 Job Responsibilities
Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community. Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs. Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements. Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services. Guide volunteers in executing programme activities. Manage programme budgets and resources. Work with other organisations to execute programmes. Job Requirements
Possess minimum Diplomapreferably in Social Services or related fields Relevant experience working with elderly clients in community setting, healthcare or social service sector is preferred Experience & knowledge inprogramme design, implementation, and evaluation
