Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our ICT Infrastructure team. The role involves day‐1 operations and project implementation of client network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, wireless, load balancers, and related devices. You will play a critical role in ensuring the new network infrastructure setup and enhancement of existing infrastructure, availability, performance, and security of our network services. Responsibilities Network Design: Plan LAN/WLAN solutions tailored to business requirements, perform RF site surveys and coverage analysis, and develop network topologies, capacity plans, and migration strategies. Network Analysis and Implementation: Execute network projects, orchestrate configuration changes during migrations, and troubleshoot network issues to minimize downtime. Security Deployment: Deploy, configure, and manage Palo Alto, Check Point, and Fortigate firewalls, and onboard firewalls to central management consoles. Switch and Router Management: Configure, deploy, and manage Cisco switches and routers, perform technical refresh configuration, and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Wireless Management: Deploy and configure wireless controllers, AP management, and implement Wi‐Fi networks with coverage optimization. Load Balancer Management: Deploy F5 LTM, configure VIPs, iRules, and SSL proxies. Documentation and Collaboration: Build accurate network documentation, collaborate with system administrators and security experts, and ensure configurations comply with best practices and security standards. Automation: Apply network and security automation skills to support project tasks and enhancement. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in networking and security. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. CCNA is mandatory; CCNP, PCNSE, or equivalent certifications preferred. Proven experience managing Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortigate firewalls. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco or equivalent switches and routers. Hands‐on experience with Aruba Clear Pass Policy Manager or similar access control systems. Strong knowledge of OSPF, BGP, routing, switching, and Wi‐Fi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax). Excellent problem‐solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Ekahau or AirMagnet. Certifications such as PCNSA or CCSA. Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools. Experience in advanced network automation and ACI infrastructure deployment. Experience in hybrid network transition from on‐premise to cloud.
