The Role My client is a global Wealth and HNW firm and we are looking for a Compliance candidate in Singapore. As Compliance Manager, you will oversee the firm's compliance framework, ensuring robust controls that meet regulatory requirements and best-practice standards for HNW operations. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program tailored to HNW client operations. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to policies, procedures, and controls. Conduct AML/KYC reviews, enhanced due diligence, and periodic client risk assessments. Oversee compliance audits, reporting, and internal training programs. Act as the primary point of contact for regulators, auditors, and external partners. Investigate and resolve compliance issues, breaches, or concerns. Support onboarding of complex client structures, trusts, investment vehicles, and cross-border arrangements. Produce regular compliance and risk management reports for senior leadership. Requirements Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in compliance within wealth management, private banking, a family office, investment management, or similar HNW-focused environment. Strong knowledge of AML/CTF regulations, KYC requirements, and international compliance standards. Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidance across multiple jurisdictions. Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and risk awareness.
