About the Team

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and lead large-scale technical projects, focusing on fund-related requirements and laying the foundation for iterative development and scalability.
  • Align with product and organizational objectives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver key results.
  • Develop and maintain a robust, efficient technology platform that meets business needs.
  • Contribute to engineering strategy, tooling, processes, and culture.
  • Research and apply cutting-edge domain and technical knowledge to drive product innovation.
  • Foster a culture of strong consistency and validity in fund-related transactions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a relevant field, with at least 2 years of working experience.
  • Proven expertise in scalable, highly available, distributed, and mission-critical systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of modern software tech stacks, including front-end applications, large-scale backends, and data pipelines.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Go, Python, Java, C++.
  • In-depth understanding of computer architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with common databases and messaging frameworks like MySQL, Redis, Kafka.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated, positive, cooperative, and enthusiastic about learning and growth.
  • Previous experience in trade/payment systems or real-time computing platforms (e.g., Flink, Spark) is a plus.
