Duties and Responsibilities Co-ordinate with the Service Advisor and Workshop Controller/Supervisors on daily throughputs and workshop capacity. (KPI) Answer phone calls and attend to walk-in customer inquiries whenever required, according to Porsche standard procedure and guidelines. Call back missed calls to ensure all customers are attended to in a professional manner. Ensure email and Whats App inquiries are attended to within the same working day. (KPI) Prepare daily customer appointment sheets for the Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers/Supervisors in advance and forward information to the respective department. Collect payments from customers on repair bills and spare parts purchases according to company policy on payment matters. Arrange for pick-up and delivery with valet/flatbed service upon management/customer request. Carry out any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the Management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
