Role Description We're looking for a driven Sales Executive – Global Mobility & Immigration to join our Singapore team. You'll lead client acquisition for our Employment Pass (EP) sponsorship and immigration services , while identifying upsell opportunities across Employer of Record (EOR)and Payroll solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong business development skills in HR, relocation, or immigration services, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Drive new business for Employment Pass (EP)and Work Visa sponsorship services in Singapore. Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation, qualification, proposal, and negotiation to closing. Build and nurture relationships with HR leaders, founders, and CFOs of companies expanding into Singapore or relocating employees. Identify and upsell EOR and Payroll solutions as part of a bundled global mobility offering. Collaborate closely with the Global Mobility and Operations teams to ensure seamless client delivery. Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting through Salesforce CRM. Stay up-to-date on immigration policies, MOM regulations, and market trends to provide consultative advice to clients. Qualifications 2-3 years' experience in sales, business development, or client management within HR, relocation, or immigration industries. Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets. Knowledge of Singapore's Employment Pass processes and MOM regulations. Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative approach. Commercially minded, organized, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment. Tech-savvy — experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
