We are headquartered in Singapore and have more than 400 employees across a wide range of disciplines in strategy, design, architecture, technology, data & AI.Responsibilities: Analyse client needs and advise on the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of Epic & health IT solutions Provide oversight on testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities Facilitate workflow redesign sessions and drive key change management activities Identify and recommend Epic system enhancements and optimization opportunities by assessing current state usage, data analytics, and user feedback to improve functionality, efficiency, and user experience Assess Epic configurations and IT operational processes for compliance, security, and data integrity, contributing to risk mitigation plans and recommending improvements Utilize Epic data and analytics to develop actionable insights, identify performance improvement areas, and support clients in tracking progress towards achieving value from their EMR investment Manage specific workstreams within client engagements Build strong stakeholder relationships at the project level Contribute to the firm's knowledge base by staying current with Epic advancements and relevant Singaporean healthcare trends Act as a liaison between different stakeholders to address and resolve system-related concerns. Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards Stay current with Epic system updates, industry trends, and best practices Leverage core project management skills and best practices across a diverse range of client engagements, including both Epic-specific transformations and other strategic initiatives within the Singapore market Qualifications: Possess at least 1 Epic certification (preferably within Ambulatory/Clarity/Clindoc) Prior exposure within any Epic module implementation and optimization is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders (including business users, vendors, and team members).
