About the job:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team from September 2025 to April 2026. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Whether you're looking for a full-time or part-time role, we'll work with you to create a schedule for a fulfilling internship here at Synpulse.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees
• Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Participate in organising employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

About you:

  • Currently an undergraduate studying in Singapore in a relevant field of study
  • Recent graduates in a relevant field of study are also welcome to apply
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
