Equipment Engineer

Job Responsibilities Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering responsive and high-quality service support. Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of scientific and analytical analyzer systems at customer sites. Provide technical training to end-users and distributors to ensure effective equipment usage and maintenance. Address and resolve service-related concerns by liaising directly with customers on issues involving instruments (Spectroscopy, Particle Size Analyzers, ICP systems, and XRF.)Collaborate closely with internal sales and regional technical teams to support customer needs and coordinate service delivery. Prepare quotations for service jobs and spare parts based on customer inquiries. Identify potential leads for preventive maintenance contracts during service visits. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma in (Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Chemical Engineering) or equivalent qualification. Preferably 1–2 years of hands-on experience in servicing scientific or analytical instrumentation. Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and positive attitude. Capable of working independently with good planning, time management, and problem-solving skills. Self-driven, responsible, and adaptable to new challenges.
