As PMO Team Lead , you will oversee strategic initiatives spanning business and technology, while managing a high-performing PMO team. You will drive projects such as new product launches, organisational changes, business planning, and infrastructure development, collaborating with stakeholders across product, R&D, sales, marketing, legal, and PR. This role is pivotal in aligning project delivery with the company’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop the PMO team, fostering best practices in project management.
Align the PMO’s activities with organisational goals and priorities.
Oversee the full lifecycle of complex projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
Identify and manage risks, resources, and dependencies.
Work cross-functionally to align stakeholder needs and deliver outcomes.
Prepare and present business performance updates to senior leadership.
Support team management functions, including budgeting, recruitment, and internal communications.
Streamline processes to improve efficiency and project success.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, computer or related professional background.
At least 5 years of working experience in project management / strategy management of go-to-market teams in a fast-paced environment.
Have experience working in a software / technology / cloud-related company, and managing projects from start to end.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
