The Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is responsible for securing employee access to our platforms, applications and databases in the most efficient, compliant and user-friendly manner, innovatively using the latest industry standards and tools. The successful candidate to Access Management – Enterprise Systems (AM-ES) team will work in a team at Visa's Cyber Fusion Center in Singapore. The candidate will be responsible for the security configurations and access management on our mission critical Mainframe z/OS, z/VM and HPE Non-Stop (Tandem) systems, using various security tools. Essential Functions Provide security related access management support for Mainframe z/OS systems using Resource Access Control Facility (RACF) and zSecure reporting tool. Provide security related access management support for HPE NonStop (Tandem) systems using Safeguard and Xygate security products (Xygate Object Security/Xygate Access Controls/Xygate Password Quality/Xygate Host Encryption). Provide high quality access management services using AskNow to process requests, troubleshoot and resolve access related incidents meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA). Support the lifecycle management of digital certificates on Mainframe z/OS and HPE NonStop (Tandem) systems for Visa critical applications. Ensure standard operational procedures are always up to date. Provide support to the team during User Access Revalidation cycles. Use GenAI to improve efficiency and to perform data analysis on large datasets. Identify process automation opportunities on existing access management practices, design and develop solutions to automate manual processes. Participate in global team on-call support to provide excellent access management service. Flexibility to work after hours and weekends to accommodate and support the existing systems’ maintenance windows. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience with IBM Mainframe z/OS and its security tools like Resource Access Control Facility (RACF) and zSecure. Experience with HPE NonStop Safeguard and XYPRO Xygate security tools, such as Xygate Object Security, Xygate Access Controls, Xygate Password Quality and Xygate Host Encryption. Experience in using Service Now, including extracting useful reports using SQL query from Service Now database. Experience with credential managers, such as BeyondTrust Password Safe, CyberArk. Experience in designing and implementing technical solutions based on business requirements. Excellent in scripting using PowerShell, Python and so on. Experience in using GenAI to increase productivity and/or to create innovative solutions. Strong knowledge of information security and/or identity access management principles. Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows & Linux), applications and network protocols. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinker with attention to details. Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven skill in presenting analytical data effectively to varied audiences. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to develop, maintain and foster constructive relationships with peers and stakeholders. Essential to be able to adapt quickly and to manage multiple tasks with tight timelines. CISSP or CISA certifications preferred. Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
