Overview We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Deputy Contracts Manager / Contracts Manager . The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing commercial and contractual matters across projects, including but not limited to: Responsibilities Managing and leading a team on commercial and operational matters. Conducting evaluation, value engineering, cost/scope negotiations for procurement, and making recommendations for award. Handling contract administration, including providing contractual advice, and managing/ resolving contractual issues when required. Evaluating and certifying Main Contract / Sub-Contract progress claims, variation claims, payments, and settlement of final accounts. Monitoring and managing project cash flow, budgeting, and cost control. Liaising closely with Project Teams, Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements Recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Proficient in industry contractual practices and familiar with various standard forms of contracts such as REDAS, SIA, and PSSCOC. Minimum of 10 years’ relevant working experience with at least 5 years with Main Contractor. Experience in residential, commercial, and/or institutional projects is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
