The Role We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Physical Conditioning Trainer (Fencing Development) to join our passionate coaching team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in fitness, youth development, and sports coaching who want to make a real impact on children’s growth — both physically and mentally. You will play a key role in designing and delivering fitness programs that complement our fencing training, helping young fencers improve coordination, strength, and confidence. Prior fencing experience is not required — full training and mentorship will be provided. What matters most is your passion, humility, and commitment to learn. Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct physical conditioning sessions to support students’ fencing performance and overall athletic development. Deliver engaging warm-ups, fitness drills, and movement sessions for children and youth between 5 to 16 years old. Work closely with fencing coaches to support safe, effective, and age-appropriate training programs. Motivate and inspire students to adopt healthy, disciplined, and positive habits. Track and report on students’ fitness progress and achievements. Establish rapport and communicate regularly with parents. Assist in fencing lessons, club events, and youth engagement activities. Certification or background in sports science, physical education, strength and conditioning, or coaching preferred. Experience in coaching, personal training, or youth fitness an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, energetic, and self-motivated personality. Hardworking, humble, and willing to learn. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Open to Singapore Citizens and PRs of all educational backgrounds. WSQ graduates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
