AVP/VP, Corporate Loan Operations Projects

Responsibilities:
Manage change initiatives within the operations team, focusing on process improvements, system integrations, and operational enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to implement best practices in credit and loans operations.
Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses to ensure changes are implemented with minimal disruption to operations.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure staff are equipped to adapt to changes in processes and systems.
Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Identify and address any resistance to change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in the payments landscape, ensuring that our operations remain compliant and competitive.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations within the corporate loans domain.
Project management expertise or active participation in change management activities is advantageous.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of credit and loans processing systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
