Responsibilities Participate in exclusive Pega technology training designed for beginner developers. Collaborate with experienced engineers during your On-the-Job Training (OJT) on real client projects. Assist in the design, development, and support of enterprise Pega applications. Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, and deployment activities under guidance. Work on system enhancements, bug fixes, and performance optimization. Document solutions and follow software development best practices. Develop a strong foundation in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline. Required Skills Experience with internships or academic projects in Java or Pega is advantageous. Analytical thinking, eagerness to learn, and good communication skills.
