What You'll Be Doing:
Conducting data analysis and data mining of risk control domains to uncover risk patterns and useful features.
Designing risk control solutions, including strategies and machine learning models, and implementing the solutions with engineering teams.
Understanding business needs of stakeholders in the risk control domain and designing an effective, practical, and robust end-to-end anti-fraud solution.
Collaborating closely with data engineers, AI engineers, and backend developers to implement and deliver risk strategies/models as services.
Setting up frameworks and SOP for risk control projects from data labeling to model/strategy evaluation and monitoring.
Defining success metrics for risk control products, designing and conducting AB tests for performance evaluation, and implementing monitoring mechanisms.
Conducting research on applying cutting-edge techniques in the crypto industry and leading experiments on resolving real challenges.
What We Look For In You:
Strong foundation in risk analysis and risk strategy design, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a risk strategist, data scientist, data analyst, or product manager in risk control/anti-fraud domain.
Experience in designing and building risk control products and strategies in crypto, financial, or other IT industries.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with competing resources and priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate risk solutions into clear and actionable plans.
High proficiency in technical product, system, and implementation details.
Data-oriented, with experience identifying KPIs and working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring.
Rich experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects in a highly dynamic environment.
Nice to Have:
Master's degree or above in Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
Passion for Bitcoin, crypto, DeFi, and blockchain technology.
Fluency in Mandarin and English.
