Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients (B2B)
  • Research and identify key decision-makers across target industries
  • Manage client's enquiries and rejections with confidence
  • Qualify leads and pass them to the Sales & Marketing Team for follow-up
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge to speak confidently with prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of client's information and service interested in

Requirements:

  • Able to converse in English or Mandarin effectively with SME clients
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Relevant experience in lead generation or telemarketing preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivating, quick-thinking and results-oriented

  • 5 min walking distance from Tai Seng MRT
  • 5 day office work week, Mon to Fri 9:30am-5:30pm

Salary package:

  • Basic + Incentive + Commission, adds up to $3000 or more, will be discussed during the interview
  • Incentive: for each successful appointment set or valid lead generated (prospective client)
  • Commission: for each deal closed successfully by our Consultants
  • No cap to incentive and commission pay-out
