Responsibilities User Research and Experience Design Conduct user research, interviews, and contextual inquiries to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows to inform solution design. Translate business and functional requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that support usability and user-centered design. Collaborative Design Delivery Work closely with Product Owner, developers, and stakeholders to co-design solutions aligned with project goals. Participate in agile ceremonies and incorporate feedback from sprints and demos into iterative design improvements. Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and adherence to UI/UX best practices across AI applications. Usability Testing and Feedback Loop Design and execute usability test plans, including task-based testing, A/B testing, and surveys. Analyze test results to identify usability issues, collect actionable insights, and propose design enhancements. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating the final implementation against design intent and user requirements. Documentation and Design Assets Develop and maintain design documentation including design systems, screen specifications, and annotated prototypes. Create user guides or onboarding materials to facilitate solution adoption when needed. Continuous Improvement and Innovation Monitor post-implementation user experience and recommend enhancements. Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, tools, and AI interface design patterns to inform solution improvement Skills For Success 2–6 years of experience in UX design and testing Good to have experience in AI, analytics, or process automation Good to have experience in Workshop facilitation and storytelling for design justification Proficiency in design tools – Figma, Usability testing techniques and Prototyping and wireframing Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries Telecommunications #J-18808-Ljbffr Industry Other Category IT & Technology Sub Category Software Architecture & Engineering
