Compensation and Benefits
Basic Salary: $2,200 – $3,300 (Based on experience)
Shift Allowance: $250 + OT Payable
Guaranteed Monthly Bonus
Yearly Performance Bonus – UP TO 5 MONTHS
Salary Increment up to 9% after just 1–2 weeks training
Annual Flexi Benefits: $1,700
Annual Leave: 15 Days (Up to 22 Days)
8 Hours Rotating Shift (No overnight shift)

Job Responsibilities
Carry out preventive maintenance checks on aircraft systems, including structural, electrical, and electronic components.
Fabricate and perform approved minor repairs on airframe sheet metal parts, electrical wiring, and subsystem assemblies.
Conduct operational checks on aircraft systems and components using appropriate test sets/tools to ensure serviceability and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a technician in the aerospace industry.
Strong passion for aerospace and aircraft maintenance.
Willingness to commit to shift work.
