Our client, a leading semiconductor manufacturing firm, is seeking a Senior Analyst - Costing professional to join their existing team.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive initiatives to improve gross margin performance by setting targets and tracking results in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee inventory and headcount planning while managing key OPEX drivers.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis of monthly results, comparing performance against forecasts and providing actionable insights.
  • Lead the monthly forecasting process for manufacturing expenses, product costs, COGS, and production inventory.
  • Support ad hoc financial projects, including scenario planning, simulations, and complex financial modeling.
  • Ensure compliance with finance policies, accounting standards, and internal controls, including SOX regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global finance teams to align strategies and share best practices across operations.

Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 7 years of relevant costing and accounting experience within the manufacturing industries.
  • Possess good analytical and accounting skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multiple tasks, and efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently within a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
  • Possess the capability to work autonomously or collaboratively as a team member and embrace challenging tasks with a high level of complexity.
