Sales Admin Support Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing Airtime Services which includes SIM procurement, provisioning, billing and invoicing of pre-paid and post-paid airtime plans.
Providing Airtime-Service related training to customers
Administering pre-sales activities of products and services such as inventory tracking, sales pipeline management, etc.
Administering sales fulfilment activities of products and services to ensure that the delivery is timely and complete as per customer orders.
Supporting marketing events and activities including product documentation and training.
Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma holder.
Candidates with lower qualifications may also be considered if he/she possesses a good working aptitude related to the job scope.
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
