Reporting to the Senior Manager, Internal Audit, you will be responsible for leading financial, operational, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk related and other audits.
This includes reviewing and providing advice on the adequacy and effectiveness of (1) Control framework/ environment, and (2) Controls over financial, operational, regulatory compliance and strategic processes within the audit scope.
In the planning phase, you will lead and perform risk assessment and prepare an audit programme. During fieldwork, you will lead the team in interviews, review processes and controls, identify improvement opportunities, and analyze root causes and risks.
Data analytics is key. You will also develop value-adding recommendations to mitigate risks and follow up on their implementation, present findings, and draft audit reports for management and the Audit Committee.
You will participate in advisory engagements such as special reviews, enterprise risk management, implementing new processes or tools, with a focus on ESG. You will also assist in control awareness training and workshops.
Your contribution will support assurance and advisory services to enable business growth.
Job Description

Perform risk assessments, develop audit plans, lead interviews, and evaluate controls.
Utilize data analytics, identify root causes, assess risks, and develop mitigation recommendations.
Present audit findings, draft reports, and support management in implementing improvements.
Engage in advisory projects, ESG initiatives, and control training efforts.
Job Requirements
At least 10 years of relevant experience, including leading audit engagements, preferably in both corporate and professional services, with maritime industry exposure as a plus.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, independent, systematic, and able to build stakeholder relationships.
Resilient, multi-tasking, and capable of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
