Working Days/ Hours: 5 days (8 hours), 3-rotating shifts
Responsibilities:
Attend to patients’ care needs in their activities of living, such as personal hygiene, bathing, feeding, lifting, transportation, and toileting.
Assist in observing and reporting patient’s condition and progress.
Assist with administrative duties such as data entry and filing of documents.
Assist with mobility needs of patients as well as transfer and mobilize the patient as required.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Registered Nurse, or Day Care Manager.
Requirements:
Min. 2 years
relevant working experience.
Certificate in Health Care Assistant or equivalent.
