We are seeking a skilled Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) to provide telehealth consultations for patients initiating or adjusting CPAP therapy. In this role, you will guide patients through education, mask fitting, and troubleshooting in collaboration with an on‐site allied healthcare professional, who supports the physical aspects of fitting and equipment setup. You will also play a vital role in training allied health colleagues to ensure consistent standards of care, and in preparing reports for ENT and respirator specialists when further medical evaluation or referral is needed. Key Responsibilities Conduct teleconsultations with patients to support CPAP setup, mask fitting, troubleshooting, and adherence strategies. Collaborate closely with the on‐site allied healthcare professional to secure proper mask fit and comfort for patients. Provide ongoing training and mentorship for allied health colleagues to ensure proficiency in CPAP fitting and troubleshooting. Prepare and deliver detailed reports to ENT and respiratory physicians/surgeons when conditions requiring further evaluation are identified. Support treatment compliance by assessing patient discomfort, addressing challenges, and offering tailored solutions. Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and care recommendations in compliance with healthcare regulations. Stay current with new CPAP technology, mask systems, and telehealth best practices. Qualifications 1–2 years of clinical experience in sleep medicine, CPAP therapy, or respiratory care. Strong understanding of CPAP devices, mask systems, and patient troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills for both patient education and professional training. Ability to work effectively in a team‐based, multidisciplinary environment with allied health staff and medical specialists. Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Preferred Skills Previous telemedicine or remote patient support experience. Experience in clinical training or professional development for healthcare staff. Familiarity with multiple CPAP device brands and accessories. #J-18808-Ljbffr
