Project Beca Civil & Structural Resident Engineer for HDB at Bishan (BTO). Job Description Provide standing supervision as directed by the Consultant team; witness all inspections, testing and commissioning sessions performed by Sub‐contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards, designs and specifications; compile relevant equipment, material, inspection and test certificates submitted by the contractors for the project records; ensure the company's safety rules are complied with; resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project; ensure all work is carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications; attend site meetings and perform site inspections; prepare weekly/monthly progress reports; perform any other tasks assigned from time to time; tentative commencement date December 2025/January 2026. Job Requirements Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognised university and registered with IES/ACES as a Resident Engineer Minimum 3 years experience as Resident Engineer in precast high‐rise residential building projects Experience in building projects; experience in HDB projects will be an advantage Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Preferably conversant with local codes and familiar with local authority's regulations and requirements Please submit your full resume, contact number(s), current & expected salary, copies of educational certificates and date of availability in your application.
