Creative Manager (Food & Beverage / Hospitality)Established local F&B Group with multiple innovative concepts New headcount to lead the Creative team Base salary up to $7,000/month + Bonus We are partnering with an established Food & Beverage Group who is renowned for their multiple award‐winning concepts across various cuisines. They are deeply passionate in creating unique experiences through exceptional quality and dedicated to providing farm‐to‐table concepts. The Creative Manager role is a newly‐created headcount as part of the expansion within the organization. Responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play an important role in leading and executing the company’s creative direction. You will lead a team of 2 Creative Designers in conceptualizing and implementing creative strategies for brand campaigns, product launches, and F&B experiences. As the Creative Manager, you will need to be hands‐on in producing high‐quality visual assets, including digital advertisements, social media content, posters, menus, and collaterals. You will also need to manage and mentor the designers in your team while liaising cross‐functionally with internal departments. Requirements The ideal candidate is someone with 5 – 10 years of experience in a Creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your past work and design directions. Ideally, you will come with relevant industry experience within the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, and/or Retail sector. Candidates from Creative Agencies who has worked on F&B projects are welcome to apply. You will need to have strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
