Responsibilities Edit and refine a short body horror film to achieve a slick, music video‐inspired style while maintaining narrative tension. Apply advanced VFX and 3D compositing techniques to enhance the horror elements and period authenticity. Perform colourisation and colour grading to evoke a genuine 1990s visual aesthetic. Collaborate with the director and creative team to ensure the final cut aligns with the project’s vision. Manage post‐production workflow efficiently, delivering high‐quality results within agreed timelines. Communicate progress and address feedback promptly and professionally. Skills and Requirements Demonstrable experience editing horror films, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. Proficiency in industry‐standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects). Advanced skills in VFX and 3D compositing, with the ability to integrate effects seamlessly. Expertise in colour grading and colourisation, particularly for period‐specific looks.
