Job Role Overview

This role entails creating high-quality visual content that aligns with branding and marketing objectives. Responsibilities include planning, capturing, and producing visual materials such as photos and videos for various campaigns, social media, brand storytelling, and marketing materials.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Plan, shoot, and direct video content for projects including commercials, social media, corporate videos, and events
    • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and shot lists
  • Photography
    • Capture professional-grade photos for product shoots and lifestyle imagery
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop shot lists and visual direction
  • Post-Production (Editing)
    • Edit video footage into polished, engaging content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
    • Colour-grade, retouch, and enhance photos using Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator
    • Incorporate graphics, sound, and effects to elevate final output
  • Equipment Handling
    • Maintain and organize production equipment and media assets
    • Plan, prepare, and pack equipment for shoots and productions

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Photography, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in video production, photography, and editing.
  • Proficiency with video and photo editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of filming, photography, and editing work.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
