Upsell and cross-sell products to meet or exceed sales targets.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle returns and exchanges in line with store policies, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain and organize product displays to ensure a visually appealing store.
Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and restocking shelves.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including fitting rooms.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth daily operations.
Communicate with clients to assess and discuss the condition of luxury items for repurchase.
Conduct thorough inspections of items, accurately describing flaws and wear.
Negotiate repurchase prices with clients and facilitate transactions according to company procedures.
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to promote repeat business.
Establish and maintain client profiles, providing high-quality services and a positive customer experience.
Support promotional activities and communicate ongoing offers to customers.
Complete administrative tasks, including sales record maintenance and cash handling.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with management for service improvement.
Provide input and suggestions for improving store processes and customer experience.Qualifications
Overseas operational experience is a plus.
No credit issues; excellent personal presentation and adherence to basic business etiquette.
Fluent in both English and Chinese.
Strong fashion sense and a keen interest in the luxury goods industry, with a commitment to long-term development in the field.
Prior experience in retail or sales; experience in luxury sales, repurchase, or supervisory roles is a plus.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook) and business tools like Shopify is preferred.
