Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Tradesperson to lead our team of workers and guide them on the work process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reading blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements and taking measurements to calculate the size and amount of material needed.

Key responsibilities include cutting, shaping, and smoothing lumber and other materials, building window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings using raw materials or pre-constructed items, laying out floorings, roofings, or drywalls ensuring they are leveled and compatible, carving and assembling furniture, cabinets, shelves, and other items, and installing them where designated.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction principles, including fitting, construction, cement, unloading, architects, woodworking, fabrication, raw materials, tiling, fiberglass, waterproofing, furniture, team building, carpentry, able to work under pressure, sourcing, cut, layout, and preparing surfaces for tiling with waterproofing material or lath and cleaning the surfaces properly.
