You will design, implement, and govern a robust role model across landscapes, ensuring secure, compliant access during the migration and in steady state. Key Responsibilities Design and implement SAP authorizations (ECC/S/4, Fiori catalog/role mapping, SU24/SU25, PFCG) aligned to least-privilege and SoD principles. Build and maintain composite/single roles; remediate conflicts; support GRC Access Control (if in scope). Support Basis tasks related to security contexts: user admin, RFC/user types, background jobs, certificates, SNC/SSO, and secure parameterization. Define and execute authorization test scenarios for SIT/UAT ; manage defect resolution and change transport governance (CTS/Charm). Partner with functional teams (FICO/MM/SD/PP) to translate process needs into secure role designs, including Fiori launchpad and OData/service authorizations. Provide go-live and hypercare support; establish continuous monitoring and periodic access reviews . Create and maintain security documentation, standards, and runbooks. Required Skills & Experience SAP Basis (Authorizations/Security)expertise with hands-on role design in ECC and S/4HANA . (Mandatory)Experience supporting ECC → S/4HANA (RISE)programs, including SU25 upgrade adjustments and Fiori security. (Mandatory)Solid understanding of SoD frameworks, audit/compliance requirements, and remediation strategies. Proficiency with PFCG, SUIM, ST01, STAUTHTRACE, SU24/SU25 , and transport management. Strong collaboration and documentation skills. Preferred Skills Experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA/EAM/BRM/ARM) and Cloud ALM/SolMan . Knowledge of HANA DB security (schemas, analytic privileges) and SAP BTP roles/subaccount security. Familiarity with SSO (SAML/Kerberos), certificates, and secure network setup for hybrid scenarios.
