  • Electrical Maintenance Specialist ">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Maintain electrical equipment in water treatment plants to ensure high availability and optimal performance. ">
  • Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance plans for equipment, ensuring timely execution and documentation. ">
  • Execute Corrective Maintenance activities on time and assist plant operations during urgent jobs, including working outside normal hours. ">
  • Analyze criticality of plant equipment and update regularly. ">
  • Implement Predictive Maintenance strategy for critical equipment. ">
  • Coordinate daily activities with the Operations Department. ">
  • Manage inventory prudently to optimize cost-effectiveness and plant availability. ">
  • Liaise with external contractors as needed for maintenance work. ">
  • Conduct continuous process improvement programs. ">
  • Receive and maintain inventory of materials and spare parts. ">
  • Troubleshoot plant process equipment when required. ">
  • Develop and review Work Instructions periodically. ">
  • Ensure plant documentation conforms to ISO standards. ">
  • Serve as a Competent Person under the Permit To Work System. ">
  • Support the Maintenance Manager in budget preparation. ">
  • Review and approve RA activities related to the Maintenance department. ">
  • Lead a team of Maintenance Technicians. ">
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or plant management. ">

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Possess a Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field. ">
  • Have at least 3 years of working experience for Diploma holders. ">
  • Working experience with cybersecurity is preferred. ">
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and good teamwork skills. ">
  • Normal working hours are from 8am-5:30pm (Monday-Friday). ">
  • Be willing to work at multiple sites. ">
  • Be prepared to work beyond normal working hours due to operational needs. ">
  • This is a 2-year contract role. ">
