The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd | 14C7279Ong Boon Kiet (Travys) | R Assistant Finance Manager Working Timing: Mon – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm Working Location: Gul Circle Salary: $3,500 - $4,500Job Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial controls and policies. Monitor and analyze accounting data to ensure accurate financial reporting. Lead and coordinate external and internal audit processes, ensuring audit readiness and compliance. Ensure adherence to local financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards. Identify financial risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation strategies and business improvements. Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to maintain proper documentation and adherence to processes. Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency. Supervise and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Maintain a full set of accounts in accordance with relevant accounting and regulatory standards. Prepare and review monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses. Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory filings, including GST and tax returns. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and other stakeholders on financial matters. Handle ad-hoc finance projects, reporting requests, and other tasks as assigned by management. Job Requirements Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Proficient in accounting software. Experience in handling full set of accounts and leading month-end closing. Knowledge of local tax regulations and GST filing. Senior Finance Executive Location: CCK Town Council (Bukit Gombak Branch)Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, first Saturday of each month 8am to 12.30pm Salary: $3,500 to $5,000 + AWS + VB Requirements Diploma / Degree in Accounting 4-5 years or more relevant experience Experience in GL, AR, AP, full set of accounts Experience with SAP system will be advantageous Job scope Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you shall monitor and comply with financial reporting guidelines, prepare and review annual budget, prepare financial statements, perform budgetary controls and manage arrears. You shall be required to ensure proper records of transactions and drive strong financial controls.
