Maternal Care Specialist ">

At My Queen, we aim to set new standards in prenatal and postpartum care. Our team of maternal care specialists offers unwavering support, care, and guidance to new mothers.

Baby care duties include:

  • Cleaning, bathing and changing of diapers
  • Assist in feeding of babies
  • Taking note of babies' temperature, feeding pattern, mental/physical behaviour, and/or other necessary information
  • Monitoring of babies' growing progress
  • Guide parents in infection control and baby safety measurements
  • Ensure Baby Safety
  • Umbilical Care
  • Oral and Eye Care
  • Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Mummy Care Duties Include:

  • Monitoring of Mummies' recovery progress
  • Guiding mummies in breastfeeding
  • Guiding mummies in baby care techniques
  • Assist mothers in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions
  • Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

By remaining with My Queen for a continuous 5-year period, you will receive an extra $30,000 along with your monthly salary and incentives.

Requirements

Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays

Day shift: 8am - 8:30pm

Night shift: 8pm - 8am, with night shift incentives

1.5 hours break included in shifts

Qualifications

Possess certification in nursing care, infant care or other relevant courses.

A successful candidate should have:

  • Good working attitude and the ability to work in a team
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent and resourceful
  • Willingness to learn and to continuously improve
