About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cybersecurity specialist to join our team. As a senior cybersecurity specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Cybersecurity Solutions: You will design and implement robust cybersecurity solutions using Palo Alto Networks technologies to protect our systems from potential threats.
- Cybersecurity Strategy Development: You will develop and maintain cloud security, network security, and threat detection/response strategies to ensure the security of our systems.
- Collaboration and Communication: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security threats, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of security initiatives.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: A diploma or degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information systems, or a related discipline is required.
- Cybersecurity Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity is required.
- Tech Stack: Strong focus on Palo Alto Networks technologies, including NGFW, Prisma Cloud, Prisma Access, Panorama, and Cortex XDR.
Preferred Certifications:
- PCCSA – Palo Alto Networks Certified Cybersecurity Associate
- PCNSE – Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer
- CISSP, CISM certifications are a plus
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), TCP/IP, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint security
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Clear and effective communication skills
