About the Role

As a Care and Education Professional, you will play a vital part in fostering the growth and development of infants and toddlers. You will partner with families to create engaging experiences that promote learning and skill-building.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing interactive programs that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each child. This will involve working closely with parents to understand their child's progress and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality care and education programs for infants and toddlers.
  • Collaborate with parents to establish individualized learning plans.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and stimulating environment that promotes physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues alike.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and have a genuine interest in caring for and developing infants and toddlers.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care and Development (CIT) or equivalent qualification.
  • Good understanding of child development principles and practices.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
